Lincoln Square

A new neighborhood, named and defined by the Lincoln Center of the Performing Arts, has risen between the prewar architecture of the Upper West Side and the heart of Manhattan- Midtown. Lincoln Square is home to the New York Philharmonic, the New York City Ballet and the Metropolitan Opera amongst numerous other cultural centers. The Hudson River flows on one side, Riverside South Park follows its bank, and Central Park brings more green space at the other end of the neighborhood. A while back, we decided it would be really fun to bring the Lincoln Square neighborhood together on a regular basis through community events. It's a great opportunity to meet our neighbors, but most importantly it's a great chance for families to meet and interact with one another.  We've hosted concerts, art galleries, holiday parties, store pop-ups, etc. Everyone is welcome.

New-built Times Square Real Estate is Increasingly Popular

Listing prices for apartments in new condo buildings in Times Square generally range between $1,500 a square foot and $1,700 a square foot, compared to around $2,200 a square foot for new developments in the West Village, and $1,900 a square foot on the Upper East Side. “There’s really not much of a discount considering the fact that it’s not in a prime [residential] location,” Karina Sagiev, founder of Evans Real Estate Investments , said.
